change of email

Tried to change email of the account but it always fails.

There is supposed to be a confirmation email but it never reaches any of my alternative emails. Not in the inbox and not in the junk either. Just nothing received

Can this be fixed?

  Hi,

  Sorry for my late response.

  I updated our mail service some time ago, and it should fix the problem.

  If you haven't updated your email address yet, please do so and see if it works for you.
