Seconds parameter won't take in anything other than 0 as value

I need to make API multi-thread safe and thus a small gap in multiple calls to the same API URL will be quite beneficial. If there's a seconds parameter this could result in further more control over the execution of cronjob.

  I've just added all the available second values (0, 20, 30, 40), so you can set cronjob with custom second values now.

  Let me know if it works for you.

  Yeah It's working now but do let us know when there's more options available although this would suffice for the time being.
